One Great Day

Been a long time since I laughed like I did today.

Job interview in the morning. Sure, I love my job at the Service Deli in Albertsons, but for several reasons (including payrate, specialization, and the impending doom that is the union dues I must pay to continue working) I feel that this job working for one of my father's friend in a web design department could be a thousand times better. The only problem? It's located in San Clemente. That's a 30 mile drive both ways.

But when you're down there, the beach is right there. Just like when I go to UCSB, I can walk to the beach from where I will now be working, which means lots and lots of tanning time and even more waves.

After interview I cruise up PCH to Newport and relax on the waters edge reading Harry Potter. For once, the sun was actually out before noon and I got a great tan as well as a couple of really nice waves.

Went home. Played WoW. Went to work.

I love my co-worker in the deli. Such an awesome guy. Says the most spontaneous things. I was crying half the time from laughing so hard today.

By the way, if you havnt noticed, WoW has been seriously affecting the quality and quantity of my entries. Curse the damn game.
